Cosplay Information:
Plan Accordingly: The Spokane Convention Center Requires All Attendees to Pass through Security Checkpoint at the Main Entrance entailing Bag Check, Metal Detector & Peace Bonding before entering.
All Cosplayers are Required to stop by our "Weapons Check" aka "Peace Bonding" tent located immediately outside of the Spokane Convention Center Entrance for our staff to approve any items you bring. This will help alleviate any concerns from Security as you enter.

Cosplay Contest Schedule:

For Ages 13 & Up.

Then Check-In at our Cosplay Booth at Main Lobby (in Cosplay) from 10:00am-3:30pm to get your walking number.

Gather for Cosplay Group Photo at 4:45pm (Mainstage Ballroom)

Contest Starts at 5:00pm w/ Judges until 6:30pm (or finished)

There is No Online Pre-Register for Kids.

In Order to Enter Kids must Check-In (Sunday only) at our Cosplay Booth at Main Lobby from 10:00am-2:00pm.

General Guidelines for Youth Cosplay Contest:

Any kids (Ages 5 to 12) competing in the "Youth" cosplay contest must be able to walk across the stage by themselves and follow directions by emcee.

No parental assistance. No Strollers or infants.

Store bought costumes are acceptable.

Prizes for each Kid who competes.

Grand Prizes for 1,2,3 place TBA.

Always ask for permission first before taking a picture of someone.
The culture of Cosplay is one of fun, creativity, and mutual respect. Unfortunately, not every fan adheres to the "respect" part. Cosplay is NOT Consent - and cosplayers who dress in (sometimes) revealing costumes should not accept inappropriate behavior from their peers.
If any Cosplayer feels harassed please notify show staff.
Anyone in violation of this rule will be banned for life from our show.
