About the Event

Online Application Process:

1. Select your category (Artist or Exhibitor), submit your information and agree to our terms and conditions online.

2. Lilac City Entertainment reviews your information submitted within 7-10 business days.*

3. If your application is approved you will receive an email with an electronic invoice via Square to pay for your space selected.

  • You will have two weeks (from the date of the invoice) to submit your electronic payment.
  • You will receive two automated reminders to pay for your invoice. One reminder at the halfway mark (7 days) and the second reminder the final day your invoice is due.
  • If two weeks pass without paying for your invoice your application will be withdrawn from consideration and you will be placed on our waiting list.

4. Once you have paid for your invoice you will receive a final email confirmation within 3-7 business days confirming your payment guaranteeing your space for the 19th Annual Lilac City Comicon June 7-8, 2025 in Spokane, WA.

*NEW for 2025: Lilac City Entertainment reserves the right to reject any application that is a Multi-Level Marketing Company (MLM), a Business that has no relevance to Pop Culture (i.e. Travel Agency, Window Tinting, Rain Gutters etc.) or if we meet/exceed the number of applicants in a similar category (i.e. Jewelry, Sublimation Cups, Sewing/Knitting, Replica Swords/Weapons etc.).

Artist Alley (Art, Prints, Handmade Items etc.):

  • In-Line Artist Alley 6'x6' space $160; Includes one (1) 6'x2' table, table linen, two (2) chairs and two (2) badges.

or an Exhibitor Booths (Artists are allowed to apply for an Exhibitor Booth if they need more space). - Please apply via "Exhibitor".

Types of Exhibitor (Businesses selling comics, collecibles, merch etc.) Booths Available:

  • In-Line Exhibitor 10'x10' Booth $250. Each In-Line Booth will have Exhibitors on both sides with No Corner Exposure. Each In-Line includes one (1) 8'x2' table, table linen, two (2) chairs & two (2) badges. No Pipe & Drape.
  • Corner Exhibitor 10'x10' Booth $275. Each Corner Booth will have Single Corner Exposure on one side and an In-Line Exhibitor on the other side. Each Corner includes one (1) 8'x2' table, table linen, two (2) chairs & two (2) badges. No Pipe & Drape.
  • Premium Endcap 20'x10' Booth $600. Each End Cap Booth comes with corner exposure on both sides with another End Cap located on the backside of you (behind Pipe & Drape) either facing North or South. Each End Cap Booth includes Pipe & Drape, two (2) 8'x2' tables, two (2) table linens, two (2) chairs & four (4) badges.

Setup Instructions, Booth Assignment Placement & Further Show Details will be emailed 4 weeks prior to showtime.

Sponsor Us:

  • Minion - $100 (unlimited available). You get your logo & your website linked to our homepage as an official sponsor.
  • Sidekick - $200 (unlimited available). You get Social Media Shoutout leading up to the show + Minion Benefits.
  • Superhero - $300 (unlimited available). You provide us with 1,000 Business Cards/Flyers to be placed in the VIP room & Information Table + Sidekick & below Benefits.
  • Boss Level - $500 (unlimited available). You Business Logo on all Digital Monitors in Lobbies & Main Stage Screen (Cosplay Contest) inside the Convention Center during show hours of operation, + all Superhero, Sidekick & Minion Benefits.
  • (Most Popular) Lord of the Manor - $1,000 (10 of 10 available). We will design you a 2.5'W x 4'H Vertical Banner to promote your business, We will print It and hang it inside Convention Center Lobby Entrance, after the show You Keep the Banner + all lower sponsorship tiers & benefits. Cutoff is by May 1st, 2025 or FCFS.
  • Feeling Saucy - $1,500 (2 of 2 available). Your Business Logo featured as an official Sponsor on two (2) Billboards around Spokane with an estimated 250k impressions per Billboard posted 30 days prior to our next show plus lower sponsorship tiers & benefits. Cutoff is by April 1st, 2025 or FCFS.
  • The Kitchen Sink - $2,000 (2 of 2 available). You get a 20'x10' Premium Endcap Booth to exhibit and sell your merch on the show floor during Lilac City Comicon 2024 which includes Pipe & Drape, two (2) 8'x2' table, four (4) chairs, table linens & four (4) badges + all other sponsorship tiers & benefits. Cut off is April 1st, 2025 or FCFS.
  • (NEW) End Game - $4,000 (1 of 1 available). You get your business Name, Logo & Website printed on all participating Exhibitors, Artists, Guests, Media & VIP Show Badges to be distributed and worn during the show equalling 2,000 pieces plus you get all lower tiers. Cut off is April 1st, 2025 of FCFS.
